B.S. Neuroscience & Behavior, University of Notre Dame, 2017

I'm a 3rd year graduate student in the Cognition, Brain and Behavior area of the ND Psychology Department. Originally from Columbia, Missouri, I’ve been living in the South Bend area for the past 6 years completing undergraduate and graduate education at Notre Dame. My research interests have evolved throughout the years within the field of memory — past topics have included the intersection of working memory and attention and the influence of event boundaries on narrative memory. My current topic of interest concerns how incoming information is integrated into existing schemas and knowledge bases, and how that information can be used for behavior. Outside of the lab, I enjoy playing board games, environmental advocacy, watching Marvel movies, singing and making music with my fiancé, and throwing themed costume parties.
